Measuring a belt is critical to ensure you get the right size belt. A belt that is too small will be uncomfortable and may not fit properly, while a belt that is too large will be unsightly and may come undone.

There are two ways to measure a belt:

  • Gather your tools: First of all you should have to gather your tools to measure belt. you need a pencil , a tape measure or a ruler and a paper to write your measurement.

  • Measure an existing belt that fits you well.

If you have an existing belt that fits you well, you can use it to measure your belt size. To do this, lay the belt out on a flat surface and measure the distance from the strap’s buckle end to the hole you use most often.
